When you design or order a necklace, we may receive your name, phone number or email address, design selections, notes, shipping information, and order details. We also receive messages you send us directly.

We use this information to create and fulfill your order, contact you with questions, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and service providers

Checkout and payment-card processing are handled securely by Square. Stateline Jewels does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Square handles payment information under its own privacy practices. Our website is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and choices

We keep information only as reasonably needed for orders, support, business records, security, and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided directly to us, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
