Made to order

Every necklace is made to order. Most pieces are handcrafted within 1–2 weeks before they are shipped. Carrier transit time begins after the order leaves us and is separate from crafting time.

Shipping cost and timing

Available shipping methods, charges, and any qualifying shipping promotion are shown during Square checkout before payment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or an incorrect address.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order ships.

Unexpected delays

If we cannot ship within the timeframe we provided, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
