We want you to love your piece. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery for return instructions. Because each necklace is made to order, please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and photos when possible. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

Refunds

Once a return is received and reviewed, we will contact you about the outcome and any approved refund. Refund timing after approval may depend on Square and your financial institution.
